Dolphyn is a collaboration of like minded people who strive to better understand people and why we do what we do. Our ‘community of practice’ support each other on our ‘adventure’ of learning and discovering.

Dolphyn’s Principal Consultant Rob Sams is the author of Social Sensemaking, a reflective journal that helps us understand how we make sense of risk.
