Our “Dolphyn Mate” Service
Help when you need it
We understand that for some organisations having a full time resource is difficult and expensive to maintain. This is why we developed our ‘Dolphyn Mate’ Program which can support you at those times where you need added inspiration, innovation, encouragement or someone to lend an ear.
The ‘Dolphyn Mate’ service can be used by nominated people in your organisation and is based on a fee schedule agreed with you up front. You can then call or e-mail us with ideas, concerns or questions and we will respond within agreed timeframes as outlined below.
There are three levels of “Mate”
- “Best Mate” Service – up to five nominated people can call or e-mail us as many times as you like in a month. “Best Mates” receive a priority response service within 2 hours (during business hours) of you leaving a message or sending an e-mail.
- “Great Mate” Service – up to five nominated people can call or e-mail us up to 12 times in a month. “Great Mates” receive a response within 4 hours (during business hours) of you leaving a message or sending an e-mail.
- “Good Mate” Service – one nominated person can call or e-mail us up to 6 times in a month. “Good Mates” receive a call back within one working day of you leaving a message or sending an e-mail.
An Alternative Resource Model
We also offer a service to support organisations through periods of change. This may be while new resources are being recruited or during a period where resource requirements are being reviewed. Dolphyn work with a small number of organisations where we act in the role of risk and safety leader. This can be a for more cost effective solution for some organisations. With our network of associates, we are able to support you with skills which include leadership, injury management, workers compensation, systems development and risk management.
